A casual, mountainous island north of Koh Samui, about 30 minutes by ferry. More relaxed and less crowded than it's big sister. Koh Phangan has a few beautiful and quietly located resorts. No airports. Koh Phangan is famous for it's monthly full moon parties on the southeastern tip of the island, which attracts thousands of people dancing through the night.
